- Over-reaction and excessive anger are very often signs that you are operating under excessive stress. A loss of perspective as stress increases gives rise to attitudes and moods that can be harmful to you, as well as upsetting to family, friends and colleagues.
- Career difficulties are also frequently a sign of inadequately managed stress. Workplace relationships and performance may both suffer, calling into question your capabilities and suitability for your role.
